Straight answers
Yes. Items, prices, barcodes, vendors and customers come across before install day. If your current system can export, we import it; if it can't, we work from its database or your last count. You won't open with an empty register.
Yes. One product with a variant matrix for size, color or model. Each variant has its own barcode and count; the report rolls them up.
Yes, from the item record, on a label printer we supply. Change the price once and reprint the tag.
Yes, and many Alaska shops do. The posted price is the cash price, card customers see the 3.99% service fee on a separate receipt line, and the required signage comes with the install. Switch to Own it any month if you change your mind.
Every store lives in one back office: shared items and customers, transfers between stores, and reports by location. Each store needs its own station license; the software tier is priced per location.
You call and a person answers. Spares are in Anchorage and go out on the next flight or local carrier. Hardware-care customers get the replacement before the broken unit comes back.
