Straight answers

What owners ask first

Can I pause the software in the off-season?

Ask about Winter Freeze: software is billed for the months you're open and paused for the months you're not. Your items and reports stay where they are.

Can I make barcodes for handmade items?

Yes. Give any item its own barcode and print the tag from the item record. Change the price once and reprint.

Can I sell one shirt in several sizes and colors?

Yes. Sizes and colors sit under one item, and each one keeps its own count.

Can I sell online too?

Yes, on Core. The online store runs on the same inventory as the counter, so you don't sell the last one twice.

What does a gift shop setup cost?

The Retail kit is $2,300: station with customer-facing display, printer, drawer, pin pad, scanner and the network. Essentials is $99 a month, or Core at $199 with the online store. No term.
