Alyeska POS ("we," "us," or "our") operates alyeskapos.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect on the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you request a call, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email address if you choose to give it, your current point-of-sale system if any, and what you tell us you are trying to do. When you build a system and check out, we collect your name, business name, contact details, the items you chose, and a delivery address. Card payments at checkout are handled by our payment processor on its own secure pages; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the Site receives technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the page that referred you, the pages you view and when. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs.
3. How we use it
We use what you give us to call or email you back about your request, to prepare a recommendation or quote, to fulfil an order, and to keep a record of the inquiry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. We use the technical information to keep the Site running and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information.
4. Who else sees it
Form submissions and orders are stored in third-party services we use to run the business: a CRM platform, a payment processor, and email. Each is based in the United States and may use your information only to provide its service to us. Merchant accounts for card processing are underwritten by the processor, which has its own privacy policy that applies to that relationship.
5. Cookies
The Site may set cookies to recognize returning visitors and to measure traffic. We use Google’s advertising tag to measure whether our Google ads lead to a call, a request or an order; Google may set cookies for this, as described at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. If you arrive from one of our ads or a tagged link, your browser keeps a note of which one for 90 days and sends it with any request you submit, so we know what brought you here. You can set your browser to refuse cookies; the Site will still work, though a few conveniences may not. We do not serve advertising cookies. If that changes, this page will say so.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as we need them to serve you or as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information and we have no ongoing business or legal reason to keep it, we will remove it within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don't send us sensitive personal information you don't need to.
8. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligation we have to keep it.
9. Children
The Site is for business owners and operators and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
