Straight answers

What owners ask first

Can guests pay at the table?

Yes. The handheld takes the order and the card at the table, prompts for the tip, and prints, texts or emails the receipt. The card never leaves the guest's sight.

How does coursing work?

Servers ring the whole order and hold later courses. When the table is ready they send the next course, and it shows up on the kitchen screen or printer at the right station.

Kitchen display or printers?

Either, or both. A display shows ticket times and lets the line bump orders when they're done; printers by station are simpler and cheaper. We'll recommend one after we see your kitchen.

Can we take reservations in the POS?

Yes, on the Growth tier. Reservations and the waitlist sit next to the floor map, so the host sees who is coming and which tables are turning.

What does a full-service setup cost?

The Full service kit is $3,200 and includes a station, printer, drawer, pin pad, kitchen printer, a handheld and the network. Software is $199 a month on Core. Every price is on the pricing page, and there is no term.
