Straight answers

What owners ask first

Can I ring a drink with a lot of modifiers quickly?

Yes. Size, milk, shots, syrups and temperature are set up as choices on the drink button, so a complicated drink is a few taps and prints or displays exactly as ordered.

Can customers order ahead?

Yes, on Core. Customers order on your own ordering page or a QR menu, schedule a pickup time, and the order lands in the same queue as the counter.

Do you have loyalty and gift cards?

Yes, on Growth: points, rewards, and gift cards in plastic or digital, all tied to the customer's profile.

Will it work for a drive-through?

Yes. A handheld at the window takes the order and the card, and the drink shows up at the bar like any other order.

What does a coffee shop setup cost?

The Countertop kit is $1,800: station, printer, drawer, pin pad and the network. Core is $199 a month; add a handheld for $600 if you have a window. No term.
