Straight answers

What owners ask first

Can one item have sizes and colors?

Yes. A style sits as one item with every size and color under it, and each has its own count and barcode.

How do exchanges work?

Look up the original sale, return the item and ring the new size. Both counts update.

Can I track serial numbers on jewelry?

Yes. Higher-value pieces can carry a serial number, so you know exactly which one sold.

Can you bring over my items from my current system?

Yes. Items, sizes, prices, barcodes, vendors and customers come across before install day, if your current system can export them.

What does a boutique setup cost?

The Retail kit is $2,300: station with customer-facing display, printer, drawer, pin pad, scanner and the network. Core is $199 a month with the online store, or Essentials at $99 for the counter only. No term.
