Straight answers

What owners ask first

Can it take EBT?

The payment terminal supports EBT. Your store needs its own authorization to accept EBT; once you have it, we set it up at install.

Can I sell produce and meat by weight?

Yes. Add a scale, and weighed items ring by the pound at the price you set.

Can you load my existing item file?

Yes. Items, prices, barcodes and vendors come across before install day, so you don't rebuild thousands of items by hand.

What if our internet is slow or goes out?

The pin pad keeps taking cards while the internet is down. We install the network and monitor it from Anchorage, so we see problems as they happen.

What does a grocery setup cost?

The Retail kit is $2,300: station with customer-facing display, printer, drawer, pin pad, scanner and the network. Add a scale for $800. Essentials is $99 a month. No term, and every price is on the pricing page.
